It's finally done!
 The background was a pain. It took me three tries starting from scratch each time to get the stones right. That cloud is my fifth try, and those hills are my third.  I hope that the time I spent on this is evident, even if it does serve as a stark memorial to my lack of technical skills.  That being said, I'm very very happy with it, and hope someone besides me gets some quanta of enjoyment out of it.  Paint.NET for the line art. I tried Photoshop CS3, but gave up after 2 hours yielded not a single line. Paint.NET for the base colors. Photoshop Elements 5.0 for the background and shading. No idea how long, probably 6 hrs, not counting dead ends. Critique if you want, but be gentle.  Comments
 I like it, your background adds lots of depth to the picture. Clouds are neat too. :>

[link]  I really like it! The only critique I have is I don't like how the girl has line work, and yet none of the surroundings do, it doesn't seem to mesh well. I think it would have been nicer if you'd done her, instead of lined, just shaded more.
